We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to support our finance team in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

• Support payroll and employee expense management in coordination with HR

• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts

• Work with auditors and provide required documentation for audits

• Participate in improving financial processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax

• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Jurnal, SAP, or similar)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and team player
