We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support the development of our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations

• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and platforms

• Lead and manage the IT team in maintaining system performance and resolving technical issues

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards

• Coordinate with product, engineering, and other internal teams to support business operations

• Manage IT projects including system implementation, upgrades, and integrations

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency

• Ensure data security, backup systems, and compliance with IT governance standards

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system management, with 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud systems

• Experience managing IT security, system maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Experience working with technology teams and managing IT projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in technology companies or startups is a plus
