We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function, build a strong organizational culture, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to support company operations

• Manage and improve employee engagement, culture, and retention programs

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations

• Lead and develop the HR team to support organizational growth

• Partner with management to support workforce planning and organizational development

• Manage HR administration, employee documentation, and HR systems

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role

• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices

• Experience in recruitment strategy, performance management, and HR policy development

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in startup or fast-growing companies is a plus

• Ability to work strategically while also handling operational HR tasks
