We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our B2B market and lead partnership growth across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Duluin Group’s B2B market

Identify and pursue new partnership and business opportunities across industries

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and clients

Lead business negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets

Collaborate with internal teams (technology, creative, finance, and legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities

Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and business opportunities to management
Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships

Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership development
-
Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital services industry is a strong advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead business initiatives and manage multiple partnerships
